Where in the World?
As I continue to plan my travels and visit new locations (COVID not withstanding), I’ll post them here on my website. Any images I think are worthy of your time will then be posted in the Portfolio section. You never know, I might just get one or two good pics. After all, even a broken clock is right twice a day!
My Next Trip
In early December 2021, I got away for a few days to Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge south of Albuquerque, New Mexico to photograph sandhill cranes. Do you know how hard it is to get an in-focus shot of a bird in flight while shivering like a human vibrator? I do! Check out my BIRDS portfolio for a few new images of the sandhills.
As it stands now, my next non-Hawaii trip will, hopefully, begin in March 2022, to Baja, Mexico to photograph grey whales and their new calves. We got the word, that this trip is actually going to happen. I’m looking forward to photographing the whales close-up from a zodiac. I’ll try and have some new photos up under WILDLIFE by the end of March.
